Bishop Steven, Bishop of Oxford, has encouraged the Church of Christ the Cornerstone to pray together for the life of the church in the centre of our city as they work together to develop their discipleship, to be an oasis of hope, and to be a Christian force serving the community in which they are placed.
They write:
Starting next month we will be holding a weekly prayer meeting in the Chapel every Friday at 12.30pm lasting no longer than thirty minutes. Please come and pray with us. These prayer sessions are open to everyone, so please pass this information to any of your family, friends and colleagues who would be able to pop into Cornerstone on a Friday lunchtime.
